CNC MILLING 

CNC Milling is a subtractive manufacturing process that removes material from a part.  Stock material usually in the form of a billet is secured to a vise or fixture mounted to the machine. A high rpm spindle with cutting tools cuts away material until the finished parts dimensions are met. 

 

  • CNC Manufacturing offers lower initial investment vs. molds used in forging or casting.

  • Lower lead times vs casted and molded products.

  • CNC mills can be used to finish features on castings or forged parts.

  • CNC Milling is economical for low quantity prototype manufacturing.
